Revel Advertising had a truly blank canvas in their conference room and wanted to add some company personality to it. I designed a sticker-like large scale mural including dozens of items that hold various meaning to Revel. Part agency inside jokes (“Make the logo bigger,” “Forever circling back”) and part tongue-in-cheek motivation (“Keep growing”), the mural is designed to be an eye-catching conversation starter for both new and longtime clients.
A key focal point weaves throughout the piece: Revel’s core values, each represented by its own custom graphic under the acronym TRUTH & DARE: Teamwork, Respect, Uniqueness, Trust, Hell Yeah, Dream Big, Always Care, Reject Mediocrity, and Encourage Risks.
I had the pleasure of getting my hands dirty and installed the entire vinyl mural piece by piece. That process was a valuable lesson in the importance of measuring twice and cutting once.
